Baked White Rice
Serves: 4-6
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add the rice to a 2 quart oven safe dish. Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
  3. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the foil (careful of the hot steam!), fluff and serve!
