Bunny Pudding Cups
Serves: 4
These fun springtime Bunny Pudding Cups are an easy recipe the kids can help you make and the whole family with love!
  • 1 small vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ small container cool whip, thawed
  • Decorations: Shredded Coconut, Marshmallows, Sprinkles, Candy Eyes, Twizzlers, Jelly Beans
  1. Whisk together the milk and pudding mix for about 2 minutes. Before refrigerating, fold in the cool whip.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Once set, spoon into four cups.
  3. To make the bunnies, first sprinkle the top with coconut. Then cut a large marshmallow in half on the diagonal, with kitchen shears. Dip the cut sides into pink sprinkles and place at the top of the cup for ears. Place candy eyes, a jelly bean nose below the ears and finally use cut Twizzlers for whiskers.
  4. To make the egg nests, color some coconut yellow** and then sprinkle on top of the pudding. Add a few candy eggs and voila! all done!
  5. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
*To make a chocolate version, use a chocolate pudding mix in place of vanilla and use crushed chocolate cookies in place of the coconut.
**To color the shredded coconut yellow, just add some to a zip lock bag with a few drops of food coloring. Seal shut and shake until coconut is colored.
