PB + Banana Overnight Oats

PB + Banana Overnight Oats are the easiest way to keep your breakfast healthy and delicious when you know you're going to have a busy morning!
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk (2 % preferred)
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter
  • ½ banana, sliced
  1. Add oats and milk to a mason jar or small tupperware container. Whisk in the peanut butter. A few pb lumps are okay. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, top with banana slices and enjoy! Alternatively, you can microwave it prior to adding the banana slices if you prefer it warm
