Blueberry Power Smoothie
Serves: 1
This blueberry power smoothie recipe has a hidden, healthy ingredient you would never know is there, but really amps up the health factor!
  • 1 (6 oz) low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh spinach, stems removed
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 2 Tbs. orange juice
  1. Add the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend until will combined. This particular smoothie may take a little additional blending time due to all of the blueberry seeds. If not well blended, it may be a little pulpy.
  2. Add additional milk if you prefer it thinner.
  3. Enjoy!
