Orange Vitamin-C Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz) cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup (heaping) frozen mango
  • ½ cup (heaping) frozen peaches
  • ½ cup + 2 Tbs. orange juice (no pulp)
Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding additional orange juice if desired.
