Serves: 3 cups
  • 4 Avocados, peeled and pits removed
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 4 Tbs lime juiced (1/2-1 lime)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  1. Place the avocado in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork until it reaches your desired consistency. I tend to leave it a little on the chunky side.
  2. Stir in the red onion, lime juice and salt. Add additional lime juice and salt, if desired.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies!
