With the busy school year fast approaching for many families, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite easy weeknight meals from around the web to help you make a smooth transition after the summer break.
Even though summer doesn’t technically end until mid-September, with school starting soon it feels like summer’s coming to an end. Cue the sad music 🙁
Even though it’s been several years since I’ve been in school and another few to go before Emily’s in school, I know how hectic things can become! After picking up the kids from school, racing to soccer practice and trying to get homework done, slaving over the stove to make dinner is the last thing anyone wants to do! Right?
In an effort to give everyone a little help when it comes to the dinnertime rush, I’ve gathered together some of my favorite, easy meal ideas for you! Some of these are just quick to make and others can be made ahead of time and either frozen or refrigerated. I hope this list helps take one additional stressor off of your list once the school bell starts ringing!
